TMC set forth a “Reporting Policy" by internal audit department as a channel for suggestions or appeals to be reported to both monitor the daily operations and also strengthen the interactions between TMC and employees, investors and other stakeholders.
Internal audit department will process all the suggestions and appeals reported in a fair and proper manner. Suggestions and appeals reported by stakeholders related to TMC daily operations will be accepted by internal audit department only when the stakeholder leaves his/ her real name, phone number and address.
